Paula Sohl, Lisa Giannini and I visited Relief International's Women & Girls Friendly Space

where young Rohingya women meet together, learn and recover from some of the trauma faced since being forced out of Myanmar. Because confidentiality and privacy are hallmarks of the spaces scattered throughout the refugee camps we did not take photos.

You will be moved to learn that posted around the room were slogans and poems about

empowering women and girls, and creating a world free from sexual violence. We just happened to meet the CEO of Relief Int'l, Nancy Wilson and her team outside the space.
